The house is a spacious 3000 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom bathrooms on almost an acre on land. There is plenty of space and amenities inside and outside for everyone to enjoy.
Outside, take a dip in the heated pool (open April through October), shoot some hoops on the basketball court, strike up a pickleball match, make some s'mores by the fire pit, warm up in the hot tub, or relax on the deck.
Inside, we'll let you decide who gets to stay in the newly renovated main bedroom suite with the overside walk-in rain shower, double vanity, and double massaging air bath. Everyone else will have to settle for the large living room, open kitchen and dining area, and 3 other bedrooms, each with TVs in them.

Hello! My name is Austin and I'll be your host for your time in Memphis. My wife Ashleigh are both former middle school math teachers and we've lived here in Memphis for 12 years now. Welcome to our city! We now both work in real estate--with Ashleigh taking the route of real estate agent extraordinaire and me being the main property manager for ours and other owner's furnished rentals. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 21 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
